Welcome to the Kids First Center

Separation and divorce. As painful as it is for parents, it's the kids who may pay the highest price - the hurt can last a lifetime. But it doesn't have to be that way and that's where the Kids First Center comes in. Providing practical information and support, our programs include:

• Classes and groups for parents to learn how to put the needs of their children first while dealing with the legal and financial pressures of divorce and separation.
• Support groups for children and adolescents so that they have a place to talk about their feelings and learn how to cope with the many changes taking place. (Click here to view our video, 4MB)
• Workshops and conferences for professionals - attorneys, mental health professionals and court officials - to share insights into the impact of separation and divorce on children.
